Introduction
Establishment of first year admission: 1992, in Khartoum was 1st admission in coordination with Juba University in College of Public health, university of Khartoum.

Vision: Prepare for medical doctors and other health professional and be a centre for medical research.
Mission: Training programmes for doctors and professional and research project and community extension visits. The college connects training with social cultural and economic situation of the country through development of marked curriculum.

____Objectives____
- Diagnosis and treatment of patients in hospital, health centres, intensive care units, and mother and child health care.
- Solve the health problems at individual, family and community level.
- Provide services for curative care and emergency care of high quality.
- Carry out necessary lab, tests and analysis of result and use of results for treatment purpose.
- Delivers relevant medical consultation to patients and the accompanying person with objective of health education and spread of health information to the community
- Referral of difficult case to relevant specialists when necessary and consultation with then in order to give effective patient services.
- Continue self- education in order to cope with curriculum development in medical services knowledge to do higher education for specialization.
- Endeavours to do higher education for specialization.
- Work in collaboration with other team members and adopt strategy of collective work and development of spirit of cooperation in medical and health services.
- Endeavours to do simple researches to find out solution for health problems and adoption of system of thinking and scientific research to face problems.
